Crab Bisque or Wedge Salad with Pancetta and creamy gorganzola

Course II:
Steak and Eggs: Filet Mignon topped with a crispy poached egg, sauce béarnaise, crispy herbed potatoes, sugar snap peas

Chicken Roulade: Chicken breast stuffed with tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella served over fettucine in a pesto cream sauce

Grilled Stuffed Swordfish: Swordfish stuffed with crab and roasted red peppers, crisp herbed potatoes and arugula
